Background
SFMI is a denominationally
unaffiliated mission, organized in December 1953. It is biblically fundamental in
Doctrine, Evangelical in practice, and committed to the dissemination of the Gospel of
Jesus Christ throughout the world. The goals of SFMI include encouraging local churches in
their efforts to complete the Great Commission through seminars, conferences, missionary
training programs and assistance in sending personnel.
Overseas, SFMI establishes or works
with local congregations to encourage and train national believers to extend the gospel
within their countries and beyond. The mission is presently working in the USA, Latin
America, Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and the Muslim world.
